Shooting Schedule For the Opening Scene of 'The Receptionist'

Now that I have finalised my shot list, decided on all of my scenes and cast my actors, I am ready to begin filming.

I have decided to film over two days at my college. All of the locations for my scene are in and around college, and each of my actors is either a teacher or student at the college, so I feel that two days will be ample.

I have planned to film all of my scenes on Thursday 15th February, splitting scenes into the morning and the afternoon, based on my actors' availability. I have set aside Friday 16th February for any re-shoots (all of my actors are available on that day as well, if required.

It is half-term at college but I have got permission from my teachers who will be on site at the time.

Shooting Schedule

Thursday 15th February

10.00 am - 12.00 pm - shooting Louise in the Maths room as Liz, the protagonist on Death Row

12.00 pm - 1.00 pm - shooting Louise outside the building, arriving at the 'Office' for her job interview (the flashback scene)

1.15 pm - 1.45 pm - shooting three groups of shots of Alice and Louise together inside and outside the college (as mother and daughter) to show their close relationship

2.00 pm - 3.00 pm - shooting Alice, as Liz's daughter for two waving scenes (one outside the front of college, so it is clear that she worked at the 'Office' that Liz later goes for an interview at, the second round the back of college) and the overdose scene (the psychology classroom)

3.30 pm - 5.30 pm - shooting Alex, as the boss in the meeting room - various scenarios (drinking, drug-taking, verbally abusing staff

Friday 16th February

Available all day should I need any extra shots, or to do any re-shoots

Now that I have decided which days that I will be filming on, I need to put together a costume and prop list.
